I ask them to assess like the maturity of their go-to-market and then we do a bunch of our own independent research on their competitors the marketplace etc. We come back with okay based on what you told us where you were last year where you want to go this year and what we see as to where you are right now. This is how we would prioritize those these should be tackled in the first 30 days being a 60, 90 or whatever it may be. I think for any transition the ability to come up with a plan is really important that sales leaders don't worry about performance they're more concerned about if there's a well thought out plan to get there.
