Behind the Neckwork
i think behind the networks has a place for a lot of people. Some coaches, you know, will say maybe it's bad for the shoulders. Ahdef use it regularly. Ive fan of behind the neck yer exercises, even like some behind the neck pressing exercises with a jerk grip. If you're not good at jerking, and you don't do byin the neck jerks, you're leaving ping on the table for sure.
