Using Super Bloom in a Low Alcohol Beer
Super bloom is almost like a single hop cultivar and so you rarely use just a single hop when you're brewing. The one use case i wouldn't suggest though is dry hopping with four to six pounds per barrel with the super bloom because in that case those hops are really going to overtake it. I think super blooms really good in pale ales west coast IPAs or clear beers primarily. It can also be used to increase the overall complexity of a beer that does have hops in it.
