When it comes to surgical discussions, that's just... I don't think is the role for a primary care clinician. referral is your remaining option to a specialist kind of to specialist management. As far as whether that specialist management will then flip a switch and get them to zero pain and full function, often not. But there are other options that they can try and keep exploring and seeing what they can come up with from that standpoint.
