A lot of lawyers are also leaving more firms to not practice. They want somewhere where there is a clear path centric with training and progression. And it needs to be able to translate to something other than just cash in the back. I've had conversations with associates where they deem their bonuses to be an apology rather than incentive. There's a lot that data can help with. But right now, your instructions to me is lost to an email somewhere in the ether or it's a telephone call and it's through. That's it.
