Is There a Progression of Blood Flow Restrictions?

There's only a small number of studies that have shown this. But i do think that as soon as a person can exercise, you know, kind of what we view as a progression of blood flow restriction. Once they can transit into resistance exercise, i think that's where they're gong to see the biggest bang for their buck. And then they can go to highland exercise, if they choose. So i'm cautiously optimistic that that could be useful.
