Being a Neutral Witness to Self Criticism

When nicholl mentions spending less time listening to that critical voice and that chatter, it's valuable to know that that voice isn't necessarily going away. What we're doing here is practising becoming a neutral witness to that. So instead of judging the judgment that's already there, we're instead just kind of sitting back and calmly and neutrally witnessing that this self criticism is there and is present.
