How to Avoid Negative Self-Esteem
If you regularly insult yourself either internally or in conversation with other people, you likely have low self-esteem. Being unforgiven or harsh on yourself when making mistakes can also be a sign. If you're often untrusting of your own judgment and constantly seeking the opinions of others, this may be related to your self- esteem. You cannot live by your feelings. Do what is right, and then check in with how you feel.
