What signs should we be looking for that indicate that we found a therapist that matches us? Great question. We have a term here, which I'm not, I think exists in other English speaking places about red flags. There's also green flags. So green flags with a therapist is you feel safe with them. That's like a huge thing. You know, safety is a one of the main components of mental wellness. If you don't feel safe, then you start doing things that look like vigilant behaviors, which feels like anxiety.
