In-house agency means you get to learn from the work that you do. I feel like in an external agency, it's sort of like you do it and it goes off into the ether and you don't. We try to be as data informed as possible. Our marketing partners are really good at getting us up to speed when we're working on something new. Figma created a component library that is essentially our product UI, but in our illustration form.
