So the first most important thing is that when you are doing the qualitative interviews to get the jobs to be done, you use some type of cognitive framework to organize the discussion guide. And then you go through a diverge converged process. Yeah, that gives me a lot of lanes to deliver value. That's somewhat tied to cognitive theories. There's lots of others self-determination theory. There's plant behavior. Lots of them.
