Is There a Metabolic Flexibility Test?
There's a distinction between anarobic, you know, glycosisly and fat metabolism. If someone just bonks after like, forty five minutes, even at an easy intensity, that's probably a good indicator that th they prbably don't have a good fat burning capacity. I guess the flipside to that around the carbohydrate use might be more that sort of tronodo max effort typ ston. And if you're struggling to sort of get those max efforts up to where you feel you should be able to, maybe you're struggling with carbohydrate usey ya. So there's probably certain durations of events, or certain types of things that that would lend itself to seeing
