Plant Base Proteins
I don't think that eating a plant based burger in in this like, you know, using p protein isolate and things that were created in laves. I don't really think that that's super healthy for you. My concern with them on some level is the process, the level of processing. So they, so plant base proteins in general, are pretty ultra process and so to me, there is junk food. It's no healthier than eating any other junk food. And i mean, there's a reason forfer plant base proteims to exist in the world,. For shore.
