Roxanne Jones: I really did enjoy the way you framed kind of an early sign of an injury or even have the full on like flare up of something. The rehab process in the same lens as you would like progressively moving through a training plan. It's just the starting point is a little bit different based on what injury, how severe it is and those sort of characteristics. And so that was always the idea, the goal to have in mind, I just had to pull back that frequency a bit earlier. Yeah. Something has to give because at the end of the day, there's still only 24 hours a day.
