Are You Pushing Your Hormones Too Hard?

We have to stop expecting our bodies to perform at the same level every day. Our daily physical movement and activities make a huge impact on the hormonal responses m from our bodies. Exercise impacts your hormons, and your HRs impact your exercise. When you are feeling completely depleted and you're still pushing yourself, that can cause more hormonal problems going on. So always think about times when i've felt completely like, de depleted, usually for me, but right before i start my period,. And then i still push myself to go to that class or do that intense work out.
