How to Use Your Opinion More Effectively
Overlines on external validation was my path. I think one thing that I'll suggest is to use your opinion more, right? And that and use it in a positive way because when we share our opinion in a negative way, we're more likely to get resistance from people who don't agree with us. So once that starts to reclaim itself, and you start to make your opinion more valuable, it will you can then start to transform it making it valuable to yourself.
