The Nature of Thought
When you're already experiencing fear physiologically when the body's experiencing fear, high stress situations and so forth. Then often and unfortunately that's when we tend to believe thoughts more. The internal world of fantasy, the internal world of strategy, agenda, planning,. how we're going to take care of this the next time we come in contact with it. When we start to form this internal experience and move into it sometimes, what we don't realize is the very act of doing that in a subtle way reinforces the sense that we have to. Reinforces the sense that I don't have the capacity to feel what there is to feel in my internal environment.
