If you can start off in a better position your ability to handle fatigue and res overall resilience is going to be much better it's the same kind of concept as HRV right like the with HRV with responders they know first responders are going to inherently be able to handle more trauma more stress. If you're not fixing that underlying problem it might not be the same thing to come back but it might be something downstream or it may be something else. strength training is just like there's so many so many other things like that's it's I really like what you said there because you just talked about like all the non running things that's where a lot of these little percent gains start
