How to Avoid Penalties in Competitions

I think that third can be avoided in almost any odd object thing that you could just build the standard right or build the implement. I'm against number three because I feel like we have non professional judges. If somebody makes a wrong judgment call, you screw over an athlete. And there's penalties that are clearly enforced.
