The Macro and the Micro of Movement
When we think about what is movement, it's important for me in any case to keep in mind the macro and the micro. It's kind of still served me to think about movement as an underlying condition of everything. So that kind of like puts it like what? It's like a movement is always there. Movement isn't escapable. Even speak about escaping or being, you know, power dot, the call in itself will be executed. You're born into movement. This is this is on all the levels we can look at it from the micro moon to the macro through that whole spectrum. And then perhaps if we take it more specific, specifically we can manage is this idea
