PMs Versus Leadership

Will: I don't think it would be healthy for an org to have like products and sales never speaks to each other because they only go through product marketing. PMs versus leadership, like it's certainly not like we all need to be aligned across the teams. And that's actually how we structure PMM at Drift or Will when we grow out our team is having product marketer, my team focused on a certain product line.
