Consumers are looking for value with inflation eating away at their consumption power. In some areas, what that's doing is it's pushing a lot of the middle of the road establishments out. What I really recommend is to try and see who your core customer is and what they want. And being in everything for every body type of establishment is becoming increasingly difficult.
