Cycling was something I was always good at. It's also the reason why I switched from short distance to pedal distance quite early. And then when I switched to Dan, yeah, I could even improve there a lot because like Dan has a lot of idea about how cycling training works. We do really a lot of quality, which starts with a lot of wheel to max and short intervals during the winter months. When it gets close to the races in the summer, it's like a long threshold intervals and nothing like special, I would say. There are like no secrets about it. It's just consistency and yeah, training hard.
