Refampin in TJI?

I've heard of obviously there's always been this emphasis on refampin, usually a jugtive refampin in TJI. At least half the time we cannot administer it because the patient is either non-ambientia coagulant or other interacting meds that I can't get around and it prohibits refampin's use. So what's your experience with refampin? Can you actually end up prescribing it to your patient? How do you handle these situations? For me it depends very much on what the interaction is and how much it matters. And so I guess I consider myself these days kind of like a reformed revampinilist.
