i think the last thing is this consistency. Know so many of you in your treats said it as well, and it's obviously importantyou know. Have people that are training on a similar plan to you, of a similar ability. And try not to chop and change too much in in the programme because i think physiology really does it sometimes. So thth west, 20 minutes a day of running, five days a week is better than doing an hour and a half twice a week,. You don't want to get stuck on the 20 minutes aday. We want that to be part of a plan. But that consistency is really very important.
