Are There Better Nut Butters?

Gorging on peanut butter and avocados, as we think about the gut metabolism access. What I would say is have your handful of mixed nuts. Because in turn, you're not actually around 30% of the calories within whole nuts. Actually, we malabsorbed because we can't break down all those cell walls to extract all of the calories. So that's why I would recommend try and get the diversity of nuts in your nut butters.
