Is Mind Hurting You?

S at first couldn't even hold a knife. He had to work up to it slowly. First, he was told to just conjure up the worst images he could think of and sit there thinking about them. After a few minutes, he noticed his heart wasn't beating so fast,. realized that i was not capable, or was not going to do it. And finally, the biggy my wife, he had to take a knife to his wife. It took him a while to actually hold it and younow pick it up and hold near me. I can feel it, but it's not hurting. The skin there is so thin.
