How to Calculate the Internal Rate of Return (IRR)
anytime someone sells insurance by leading with the investment or savings component, that's a red flag. Not saying don't buy a policy because of it, but at least should heighten your awareness and diligence. You know, I think you need to apply your own tax rate to it, but your own situation.
