The Magic Formula for Diversity and Equity Inclusion

I think the fairest or the more unbiased way is to essentially tabulate all those scores that you've had on the on your interview days and maybe come up with whatever magic formula that you decide to come up with at your program. Then after that perhaps make potential adjustments based on what you may want to see in in the diversity and equity inclusion but I worry about that too a little bit right because then there is that potential for that that bias as well too.
