Echo Charles talks about how he found peace by sitting alone at the ocean in Burma. He says it's a method of detaching like getting away from your normal routine that tends to trigger certain thoughts. "It was just quiet and peace and being in nature so I think going and sitting in a cabin in the woods would have been would have been good" If you're more extroverted that might be the way to go, echo Charles said.
