The Different Types of Food We Eat
In Europe, I would experience a 5 to 10 degrees centigrade fluctuation between the end night and morning. And then when I was in Africa, that was like 10 to 15 degrees centigrades. So that's the interesting thing that we are actually exposed. We are kind of in a constant temperature environment. Our ancestors used to experience that very cold night, long period of fasting. Even if they woke up in the morning, it was not that the fruits and vegetables were just waiting there right outside the door That would go and hunt or pick up some berries and all that stuff.
