I've Never Had Back Injuries From Rucking Packs
Rian, 19, is a grappler who works with some of the world's top fighters. He has never had any back injuries from rucking but he finds it hard to get equipment on and off his pack. Can you do an easy strength programme three days a week? If so, what would be your best advice for getting fit in that time frame? You need to lift triple body weight if you're going to have good fighting skills. Buti, i would suggest doing when there's five, three, one, or just any kind of, any kind of three day-a-week workout. Don't overthink it Rian! I can guarantee it will make you stronger
