How to Reduce the Number of Reps in a Set

The first three reps in a set of 10 are not as productive as the last three. Everybody knows that you get more out of the ones you work harder on. We did an actual workout that is over in between 15 and 30 repetitions. And so it's borrowing from the rest pause system, but just one thing.
