The Importance of Intro Weeks

I probably phrase that question kind of badly. It didn't definitely mean it in any sort of confrontational kind of way. I just always like to make sure. So ideally at a higher RPE, lower bar velocity, that would indicate to both of us that what we have been doing is right. And if you're willing to let athletes send it a little bit on the last week, which I happen to think is a good idea.
