How much of your satisfaction is tied up in food? That diet was actually really easy to follow. If you give yourself what you want, it's going to make the diet less painful. Eating some fibre every day is a great idea to also help keep you feeling full. Drinking water with every meal is another good idea to help keep you full. I think for a lot of folks that are trying to lose weight, i think the main battle is against their hunger and main battles against their cravings. Just welcome it in.
