Sam Laidlow is a difficult man at the moment to figure out where he is actually how how it's going with him I think after Kona he was on everybody's everybody was talking about him. Daniel Bechigarth did a really great Ironman distance at the end of last year so he's also going to be a factor if he's close after the bike. Patrick Lange and I have had some really tough battles throughout the years and actually he we have kind of a not a beef but funny littleI've never raced him a lot of times and I've never I've always won against him so I hope to to continue that in Roth.
