T Cell Engaging Biologics - Targeting T Cells
Antibodies, if we're being overly simplistic, like antibodies are the hashtags of the immune system. And so normally T cells have a T cell receptor, which is a little bit different and they bind to get activated on particular cells. You can do this not just with CAR T cells, chimeric antigen receptor T cells, but other type of antibody involving drugs. So there's another class of T cell engaging biologics where you have a drug that binds tumor cells on one end and T cells on the other end.
