The Biggest Challenge for Me in the Next Six to Twelve Months
The biggest challenge is three things. One is being able to keep up hiring at the pace that we are now and really maintain a great bar for talent. The second is just obviously we can't expect that even with these huge creators attached to every business that there's going to be this tremendous lead volume from day one. And then lastly, I think it's just being able to maintain a relentless focus on the care that we're providing for our customers.
