I think people just kind of maybe push the volume a little too much I know I used to as well. Just because you can do more volume that's not necessarily better right? So many people start third training six six days a week or more and it's incredibly rare like hey we just need you doing more sets per week at least initially is the thing that's going to drive more progress.
