The biggest objection to purchasing makeup online is, will it look good? And my hypothesis is that when people have a clear understanding of what's the best fit for them, they go into their first purchase thinking like, Oh, this feels right. A big, big, big bulk of the time they'll come back again and say like, Hey, I love this, dislike that. What should I buy next? They create relationships with our team. And they're just inherently, you know, closer to the brand, more excited about the products.
