Documentation Is a Big Thing in Conversation AI
I think at the scale of a larger company, how you document things is much more important. It's obviously important to have documentation so that everybody first from the product owner or senior management sort of perspective can look at it and say, this is the experiences that we're creating. I think I'm amazing to add to that is just communication and keeping like how can we best communicate together in a way that everyone understands.
