If worry is the old habit, we can take a moment and just feel into our bodies. Is it on the right side or the left side? So that in itself, did that spark any curiosity for you? Yes, I would say it puts me in a different state. Curiosity opens us up. And it's interesting. It doesn't change what I'm worried about, but putting me in a better state means I have to deal with it.
