The Drawbacks of Ergmaud Workouts
The next drawback I have for Ergmaud is on maximal intervals and with max intervals in a row capacity sprints. These are also just a kind of extreme spicier version of over-unders so like 10 to 20 minutes of like 40 seconds on 20 seconds off now. Just because you are doing that workout it doesn't mean you're learning anything or adapting to anything. One of the benefits of a workout like this is you learn how hard you can push repeatedly which is an essential criteria skill.
