Are There Other Freedoms Built Into the Teams?

Double Fine is a team of ten 12, 14 and teams as it's not overly departmentalized. The bulk of the studio is working on psycho nots too, but you have a crew carved out to be working on read. Because the teams are smaller, every one's naturally participating a bit more. And so, you know, we have a little more freedom and fluidity for rolls.
