Welcome to the Oxford Mindfulness Foundation's keynote session, so longer session of another this evening. As is our custom with the community here just inviting you to use the chat function just to say hello and maybe say where you are in the UK or in the way the world where are you joining us from. And maybe also perhaps mentioned roughly the number of times you've attended OMF evening sessions. The plan this evening is for a short mindfulness practice followed by Carly's talk.
