How to Stay Young

There's so much cool shit that we can do that keeps us in inverter commas young. Do things where you're going to learn. Hang out with people who aren't like you. Open doors that you've never been through. Have conversations with people who don't agree with you. Don't only a really good way to stagnate is just to listen to people who are like you. You can learn new things at 80. You can unlearn old things at 80 and get stronger.
