What Is It That You Have Control Over as the Provider?
When you get negative febac, you have to take time to reflect on the broader meaning of that fibac relative to your style. Don't ask valuative questions and don't even use personal pronouns when you say, how did i do or what did i do? Any response the clank gives is now a direct criticism of you. You're much more likely to get negative fee back in the process. It all sounds painful, but it's some of the most exciting work we're doing right now.
