Doing a Squat Everyday, Is That a Bad Idea?
The way of viewing over use injuries is sometimes overly simplistic. There's some kind of intensity thres there's a volume threshold. The frequency is, of course, a part of that. But at the same time, if you were to do a squat everyday, programme and just ignore mounting hip pan and just keep doing it would be a bad idea. And there's also an argument from motor learning of the principle of varied practice. It depends on whether the skill is like open or closed. Open being like defending against balls, getting kicked at as as a goly clothes, versus squatting o one r m,. No one's goingin to come up and kick you in the leg.
