The Future of the Office Is Half Pub, Half Library

There is a value to people working in an environment of their choosing. I jokingly said that the future of the office is to be half pub, half library. There are certain things which you can only really do in solitude. But then there are other activities where you want actually very, very high voltage sociability. And getting the balanceof two extremes is actually the interesting challenge, i suspect.
