Self Kindness Is Not About Doing the Easy Thing

Self kindness is essentially taking the same advice that we would give to the person we love most, and making a decision will be glad we made the next day. It's defined by reminding that person that they are capable of staying on track and doing difficult things,. And so that's what i define as kindness. So it it isn't about doing the easy thing. It's about doing the thing that moves you closer to them your most meaningful goal's long term.
